Privacy note for the waitlist

Last updated 2026-10-10.

This page covers only the waitlist on this site. It is not the privacy policy for the Wellmilo product itself, which is a separate document, written with counsel, that will be published before anyone can create an account or pay for a subscription.

Who is responsible: the waitlist is run by the Wellmilo team. You can reach us at hello@wellmilo.com.

What we collect when you join the waitlist: the email address you enter, the date you joined, and the country your network connection appears to be in at the moment you sign up. That country is worked out from your IP address by the hosting provider as the request comes in; we store only the resulting two-letter country code, never the IP address itself, and if it can't be resolved we record the country as unknown. If you arrived through a link with campaign tags, we also store those tags (source, medium, campaign). We don't use cookies or any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this page.

What we use it for: to email you if and when early access opens, and to understand, in aggregate, which countries people joining the waitlist are in. That second use matters for a specific reason: Wellmilo handles health-adjacent data, and where its early users are based affects which region's rules apply to the product, so this is a real input into that decision, not a marketing metric. We don't sell or share the list, and we don't use it for profiling or automated decisions about you.

Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we'll remove your entry.

Retention and deletion: we keep waitlist entries until early access opens or the waitlist is retired, whichever comes first. If you'd like your entry removed sooner, email us and we'll delete it.
